Beautiful Mexican style bungalow for 1-2 people for weekly or monthly rent, located in dowtown area of Oaxaca; just 3 blocks away from the Church of Santo Domingo and 6 blocks away from the Zócalo.
It includes: 1 room with private bathroom and dining room, Kitchen, microwave, cable T.V. and wireless internet connection and a terrace with roof.
The Bungalow Mary is located inside my house, in a separate and private location at the same property. The maximum capacity is for 2 people. It is not allowed to smoke in the bungalow, only at the outdoor terrace of it. Pets are not allowed either.
In order to guarantee the bungalow, we will need you to make a first deposit of $ ____ USD and the difference can be paid here. Note: The availability cannot be guaranteed until the deposit and/or the full payment has been received. Your reservation will be considered completed when your deposit has been received and you have been given your confirmation number.
Rento bonito bungalow vacacional para 1 o 2 personas. Se renta por semanas o meses, todos los servicios, tv con cable, internet inalambrico,cocina,refrigerador, horno de microondas, baño privado. Se localiza a sólo 3 cuadras de la Iglesia de Santo Domingo y a sólo 6 cuadras del Zócalo de la Ciudad.
El bungalow se encuentra dentro de mi propiedad.Sin embargo usted goza de completa privacidad y seguridad. El interior del bungalow esta libre de humo de tabaco, para la spersonas que fuman, podrán hacerlo sólo en la terraza.

Cama matrimonial, TV a color con cable, Cocineta, Sala - comedor, Refrigerador, Cafetera, liquadora, sartenes,
Conexion a Internet INFINITUM.
Notas:
El aseo se realiza 1 vez a la semana.
